EP Ultra Seal 1 Litre

A variant of the EP™ family of waterproofing products, EP™ Ultra Seal is specifically designed for use on porous concrete, brick, plastering, sandstone and limestone.

Suited for more porous materials, it waterproofs and seals the structure.

Only one application on concrete is required, more porous materials will need two applications.

E P™ Ultra Seal requires no mixing.

EP™ Ultra Seal is ready to use by spray, brush or roll on for pots, ornaments, brick, blocks, concrete, walls and floors, quick dry and effective in days.

Theoretical Coverage: One (1) litre covers between 5 – 7 square metres.

Application Method: Brush, broom or spray.

Shelf Life: 12 months minimum from date of manufacture when maintained in protected storage @ 5 – 38 °C.

DO NOT STORE IN STRONG SUNLIGHT. Maintain unused material in closed containers in protected storage

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

1. Rinse surfaces thoroughly with E P™ Eco-Kleen.

2. Wait to dry

3. Apply one (1) coat of EP™ Ultra Seal to affected areas by hand or with mechanical sprayer, at a rate of 5-7 square metres per litre.

4. Wash tools, equipment and spills with soapy water as soon as possible.

5. If applicator wishes to paint surface after treatment, wait 1-2 weeks for waterproofing and curing to take effect.

MORE POROUS MATERIALS WILL REQUIRE MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS IE: SANDSTONE, TERRACOTTA AND LIMESTONE.

Mixing: This is a one-component coating. Stir thoroughly before application

Thinning: This product is supplied at a normal viscosity and should not be thinned.

Thinning will affect the quality of this product.
