if you have all of the above, then this adapter is for you!!!
Your brake caliper and frame/fork fixing will be either PM (Post Mount), or IS (International Standard) Mount.
IS = 51mm (centre to centre)
PM = 74mm (centre to centre)
Most calipers are post mount now.
